Stallions player runs for a touchdown

The Stallion Flag team had their first victory of the season Saturday, September 16th at Tom Holzer Ford Field against the Livonia Falcons.

The final score was 43 -26. The game had many exciting plays by the Stallions both on offense and defense.

Thomas Williams and Daniel Stelea started out the game right with both getting TD’s in the first period.

The second period started out with a long run by Louis Green, followed by a run for a TD by Adam Bandilla. Brady Engalan, Connor George, Louis Green, and Adam Bandilla all showed their defensive skills with great flag pulling.

In the third period, Daniel Stelea showed why he is nicknamed “The Punisher” with 3 TDs including a TD on a pass completion by QB Nick Cessante.  Jack Thomas scored an extra point and showed his defensive skills with big stops on defense.

The fourth period didn’t bring any TDs for the Stallions but Louis Green showed Max effort by pulling an impressive 6 flags.

The fifth period started with Adam Bandilla throwing to Daniel Stelea who ran for a 70 yard TD. The period also had multiple flags pulled by Adam Bandilla and Connor George.

The final period brought an exciting TD run by Green who clearly has studied films of Berry Sanders in his glory days.  We also saw awesome flag pulls by Nick Cessante, Brady Engalan, Luke Dababneh and Jack Thomas.

Overall it was a great team win by the Stallion Flag. We hope to carry the momentum into next week!
